We had the most amazing visit at Riding Mountian House. This was my second time staying with Dawna and Barry and it just reminded me why I keep going back. The rooms are impeccable, the amenities are more than we could ask for, and they make sure we had everything we needed to have a great weekend. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We had a lovely weekend away at riding moutain house. The room was lovely, clean and cozy. Shower pressure and hot water were perfect! Hot tub and barrel sauna were great for relaxing. Dawna and Barry were both delightful, and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning at a different time of year to enjoy the screened in porch.

We had an awesome weekend in Riding Mountain National Park. Our stayed at Riding Mountain House B&B was great. Our room was very spacious and clean. Our hosts Donna and Barry were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay at Riding Mountain House! It is not far from the waterfront and is a nice walk to Wasagaming. Dawna was a great host, giving us all info we needed for the property and surrounding area and activities. She made sure we knew she was always available and near if we needed anything while still giving us plenty of privacy— not to mention the great breakfast spread she put out daily. The room was nice and had everything we needed, but the real stars of the show for us were the beautifully maintained hot tub and sauna! Perfect for our winter getaway. A wonderful little B&B close to the south entrance of Riding Mountain National Park. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and breakfast was simple but delicious. The hot tub and sauna were highlights for our winter getaway!

Very welcoming hosts. Room was exceptional, larger than I thought it would be based on pictures. Complimentary water bottles, fire starter, microwaveable popcorn bag, and two little chocolates. The little room heater had been thoughtfully turned on for us already and the toilet paper roll was stamped and folded, something I've never experienced before. Even though we were the only couple on the property this weekend, they laid out an incredible breakfast. The hottub was so much fun and had little details that show they really care for guests experience, like provided bath robes and a heated mat.
All in all, this is a b&b run by people who have put so much thought and care into going above and beyond regular accomodations. I felt very spoiled (especially for the amazing price) and am excited to hopefully return in the summer.

A great BnB with excellent hosts. The breakfast was convenient and tasted great, with good variety. The Barbecue and hot tub were excellent amenities and we used both to the fullest. Rooms were as clean as they were comfy and cozy (very). Location is convenient both for the nearby town and all the trails in the national park.

I stayed here for a night while travelling on business. It was recommended by a friend in the area. Very awesome. Loved the rooms, the owner who greeted me was very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. Everything was great. I never used much for amenities, however there are many to enjoy. I will be back in January for business travel again. Looking forward to it!

Me and my husband stayed for two nights on September 19- 21st and we couldn't be happier with this place it was amazing. The room was really clean and cozy (the one we stayed in was also pet friendly -Pine Room). The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook your own meal also there was a barbecue outside. The hosts were amazing and very nice. They gave us a great tip on restaurants and places to go while we were there. Definitely planning on going again. Thank you!!!!

In August we had our first visit to Manitoba and we picked a wonderful place to stay! Riding Mountain House is located in such a beautiful area, so close to the Riding Mountain National Park and Clear Lake. Barry gave us a great tour when we arrived and both Dawna and Barry gave good suggestions for some wonderful restaurants nearby.
After great sleeps, every morning a delicious cereal/fruit/muffin/yogurt/coffee/tea/and more breakfast was ready by 8AM. My favourite spot to relax was in their comfortable sunroom.
We would highly recommend staying at Riding Mountain House! Thank you Barry and Dawna for our great stay!

The owners are super friendly. Gave us a tour of the property. Definitely made the stay even better. They have a lot to do on the property, lots of lawn games, a Jacuzzi, and a sauna. Full kitchen and a bbq are available for use. Breakfast is continental with bread, bagels, yogurt, various cereals, fruit, muffins and scones. Good coffee as well. We would definitely come visit again.

LOVED our stay at Riding Mountain House!
The Pine room is a good size with an in-suite bathroom (which all the rooms have). The hot tub and sauna are a wonderful feature, especially after a workout, such as a triathlon! We went for a long ride on the Sunday morning and had the highway almost to ourselves, which was a real treat. The roads are in excellent condition for road-bike riding, with a nice mix of hilly and flat for a good ride. Riding Mountain House is very close to the park, for riding your bike in or driving.
Make sure you book early. We booked in February to make sure we got a room for August. Dawna & Barry Skrudland are excellent hosts!

It is a fabulous location, very scenic, quiet and homey.
The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.
We also loved the hot tub and sauna.

Really enjoyed my stay at Riding Mountain House. Room was a decent size and had a comfortable bed, enjoyed the use of the hot tub and sauna. The TV in the room is a bit small and the shower head was not great but everything else was good. We were not able to hear other guests staying in the house. I also appreciated that there were more than a bare minimum of towels provided. Would definitely return here!

Our stay at Riding Mountain House was amazing! The location is perfect if you are looking to head into town. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful vibe of the entire house and loved the outdoor space with ample seating, hot tub, and indoor screen room. This was a great place to stay and highly recommend

My daughter and I were there for 2 nights. We were greeted by the owner who showed around, explained how everything works, was very informative!! A beautiful quiet setting. I found it relaxing. Loved the fact the I could pick fresh raspberries 😋. Were served a great breakfast every morning!

Riding Mountain House has become a yearly stay for us. We love it there! Owners are amazing at being available when needed for a chat or help with something without being intruding. My wife and I stayed here for the first time last week for two nights. It was peak season but found a couple of nights that we could make work. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by one of the owners. He was friendly and knowledgeable not only about their facility but also recommended places in the nearby town. Overall, he was very detailed and helpful.
Once checked in, we were basically on our own for the next two days. We used the hot tub and sauna which were both excellent. The breakfast provided each day was ready to go. Everything was self serve, well layed-out, and eating arrangements were very intuitive. They had other smaller amenities that we didn't personally take advantage of while other guests did.
In summary, we would easily go back there again due to its quiet location, accessibility from the highway and to the park, along with a clean, well maintained facility.

Stayed here for the first time recently for my anniversary and was blown away by the wonderful service, amenities and cleanliness Riding Mountain House offered. The room itself was spacious and cozy with a large bathroom. The hot tub was fantastic and really cool at night with the added lights, and the breakfast was tasty and very yummy (especially if you have a sweet tooth given the yummy pastries!) Definitely planning on returning ASAP!

We always enjoy our stay at Riding Mountain House. It is clean and in a perfect location. We love the screened-in verandah and the gracious hosts. We will definitely book there again. 5/5

Excellent bed and breakfast which felt more like a good small hotel. The room were very clean and tidy, freshly renovated, with private bath. There was a good Wifi speed available, satellite TV. We could enjoy a decent continental breakfast with coffee, juice, milk, cereal, fresh bagels and skones. There was a great jacuzzi hot tub which we tried and sauna available which we didn't. The place is very quiet and serene, backing to a forest, so you're getting lot of privacy, but there is also a place to sit with your party if you'd like. It's 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to the Riding Mountain park entrance, so very convenient. Dawna was very polite and accommodating host, which was appreciated.

The rooms and guest areas were clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was nice to have access to the kitchen area for making our own dinner. Dawna and Barry were very gracious hosts. We especially appreciated them setting out some of the continental breakfast the night before, so we could eat before leaving early in the morning.
The setting was near the park, quiet, and in a natural setting.

My husband and I stayed there for the may long weekend to celebrate our anniversary . We loved everything about this place and the park.

We loved our winter getaway to Clear Lake and really enjoyed staying at Riding Mountain House. The hot tub and sauna were a welcomed treat after a day of cross country skiing!
